Who we’re looking for

As a Full Cycle Sales Executive, you will tackle the entire sales process—from identifying high-potential prospects to closing deals and ensuring a smooth handover to our operations team.

You will be responsible for generating leads through a mix of outbound prospecting, social selling, automation, networking, and targeted outreach. Working closely with our marketing, product, and engineering teams, you’ll refine our sales approach and help drive our growth.

We expect you to manage a pipeline of 200-300k ARR, and close 2-3 new logos per quarter. Given the mid-to-long average sales cycle (6+ months), you’ll need to be persistent in building and nurturing relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform outreach to companies fitting our ICP and book meetings
  • Articulate how Factry (software) will match & exceed the prospect’s needs
  • Nurture a pipeline of opportunities and build relationships with your accounts
  • Create offers or write proposals by involving Factry’s product owners and data engineers for verification of the approach & functionality
  • Close deals and smoothly hand over the client to operations
  • Identify best practices to develop and refine the company’s sales playbook

You’ll need to demonstrate that you

  • Have experience with selling complex B2B software/SaaS. Experience within our ICPs and/or Industrial IT / IIoT / industrial production environments is a plus.
  • Have the ability to clearly articulate the business value proposition and use cases
  • Are empathetic and have excellent listening skills
  • Ability to deliver compelling demos or present technical concepts in a way that resonates with non-technical buyers
  • Are able to build and maintain relationships with (new) clients
  • Have excellent written & verbal communication in Dutch and English (any other language is a plus)
  • Are self-motivated with ability to work in fast-paced, changing environment
  • Are consistent, persistent and can handle your share of No’s
  • Are flexible - we’re a small company after all

Nice to have

  • You have a network of contacts that fit our ICP.
  • Familiarity with sales tools and automations (we use Pipedrive CRM, n8n, Apollo, Linked Sales Nav, etc.).
  • Understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms and experience with social tools.
