Typical clients of Factry are in process and batch-based industries such as Food & Beverage (Agristo, Roger & Roger, Puratos), Chemicals (Allnex, Fujifilm), heavy industry (AGC, Tata Steel Europe) and renewables (Carbo Culture, Spinnova), among others.

As a Full Cycle Sales Executive, you will tackle the entire sales process—from identifying high-potential prospects to closing deals and ensuring a smooth handover to our operations team.
You will be responsible for generating leads through a mix of outbound prospecting, social selling, automation, networking, and targeted outreach. Working closely with our marketing, product, and engineering teams, you’ll refine our sales approach and help drive our growth.
We expect you to manage a pipeline of 200-300k ARR, and close 2-3 new logos per quarter. Given the mid-to-long average sales cycle (6+ months), you’ll need to be persistent in building and nurturing relationships.
